Hoi An’s ancient town is in itself a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers visitors a wide range of activities, sight-seeing and tour options. A few of the key highlights and “must-see” attractions for visitors include:
Located on the west end of Tran Phu Street and constructed in the early 1600’s by the Japanese community. It was renovated in 1986 and is considered a symbol of Hoi An.
A large display of photos and artifacts that were collected by Rehahn during the 5 year’s of the French photographers explorations of Vietnam. Admission is free of charge.
Contains many black and white photos taken in Hoi An at the start of the 20th century. The museum also houses an old canon and several two-thousand year-old pots from the Sa Huynh period.
